Our location is on 10 acres on top of Green Bluff in Colbert. We have a beautiful view of Mt. Spokane and are located just 20 minutes away from Spokane. We offer a unique outdoor rural setting for your event in the heart of Green Bluff. You make it how you want for your event! You have access to the venue from 10:00am – 9:00pm (All guests must be off premises by 10pm.)
$3,000 for 2025*
$5,000 for 2026*
*up to 120 guest. Please inquire for up to 200.
An $1,000 deposit is required to secure your date. This deposit is non-refundable and will be applied to your balance. The remaining balance must be paid in full three months (90 days) prior to event. Spokane County taxes are applicable for Colbert, WA. Please note that we do require Event Insurance (policies run $80 - $120). We do require a Washington State Banquet Permit ($10 fee) to serve alcohol at your wedding and a MAST Certified Server is on premises the entire time alcohol is served.
This price includes chairs and tables, decor, an arbor, and a patio space for the dance floor right by the DJ/Band area. As applicable, you will choose a catering company(or bring it in yourself), DJ/Band, photographer and anything else you desire! We have a wonderful selection of trusted vendors!
